These terms are intended to govern access to Structūra’s public website and referenced services. Product-specific ordering terms, an executed Enterprise agreement or another written agreement may control where they conflict.
2. Accounts and authorized use
Users must provide accurate information, protect credentials, use products only as authorized and comply with applicable law. Access may not be shared or used to probe, disrupt or reverse engineer services except where law expressly permits.
3. Customer information
Users represent that they have the rights and authority required to submit information. Structūra requires a limited right to process submitted information to provide, secure and support the service.
4. Analytical outputs
Outputs are decision-support materials based on available inputs and assumptions. They may be incomplete or wrong and are not professional advice or a guarantee of outcome.
5. Fees and subscriptions
Current fees, billing interval, renewal, cancellation and refund terms should be presented in the applicable order flow. Enterprise commercial terms are established by written agreement.
6. Availability and changes
Services and features may change and can be unavailable. Material product commitments should appear in the applicable agreement, not be inferred from public demonstrations.
7. Liability and disclaimers
Appropriate warranty disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, governing law and dispute provisions must be completed by qualified counsel for the operating entities and jurisdictions.
